Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep, is much like a guided meditation. The practice is taken lying down supported with bolsters and blankets to cultivate a deep level of conscious relaxation. The full session lasts an hour but the Yoga Nidra is only 40 minutes with time set aside for a little movement at the start and time to settle.

Among many of the benefits, it can help to alleviate anxiety, it can stimulate concentration, boost creativity and improve sleep quality.

Classes are held bi-monthly.
